Message	Normally I don't approve of reading dirty laundry but when the only way to get someone's attention requires going public it's ON! Many respectable Zers have been screwed while at the same time Noobs are dealt with offline to save face. That's a sketch business. Wasting time and not being responsive is a form of disrespect --it has a price too. If you run a respectable business you've got little to hide.
